Maintenance

Conduct routine property maintenance including painting, caulking, carpet cleaning, and minor HVAC repairs. Resolve work orders for furniture, fixtures, and equipment while managing guestroom needs and cleaning exterior areas like the pool and parking lot. Secure tools and supplies, document contractor records, and answer calls from housekeepers, front desk, and guests. Set up meeting rooms and report major repairs to the Maintenance Manager. This role requires lifting 50 pounds or more and standing for long periods.
