Maintenance Site Supervisor

Direct maintenance operations, manage the Maintenance and Sanitation departments, and coordinate activities across Sunrider affiliates in China, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia. Develop preventive maintenance programs, oversee building systems including HVAC and utilities, and ensure compliance with FDA and NSF regulations. Manage contractors for renovation projects, prepare department budgets, and resolve operational problems by conferring with engineering and quality control teams. Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff while enforcing safety standards and tracking work orders within budgeted guidelines.
