Job Summary
Maintenance Site Supervisor responsible for property's maintenance and facilities operations at Blue Hills Village in Canton, MA. Oversees maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and HVAC; maintains work orders and budgets; conducts apartment/property inspections; schedules emergency on-call shifts; coordinates with contractors; ensures safety and policy adherence; requires living within 30 minutes of the property and valid driver’s license; compensation is hourly with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for new hires and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, EAP, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Any combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described including related building or property maintenance supervisory work experience.
