Job Summary
The Maintenance Site Manager will oversee project management, customer satisfaction, contract administration, job cost administration, and business growth while leading a team of various supervisory and quality personnel. Key responsibilities include managing the contract and compliance obligations, delivering quarterly performance reviews, maintaining a cost budget, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a technical degree and significant experience in maintenance management, with strong leadership and communication skills necessary for developing teams and fostering customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Four year degree in a technical field of study
- Minimum 10 years in a Site Manager, Superintendent, or Project Coordinator role in maintenance operations
- Experience in managing small cap reimbursable operations
- Expertise in at least three maintenance areas (civil, structural steel, piping, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- CMRT certification
- CMRP certification (achievable within 1 year)
- General competency in maintenance operations
- Communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
