Job Summary
Prioritize and assign work to meet customers' needs, ensuring quality, compliance, and safety of Penske's assets while controlling repair, inventory, and labor costs. Coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance repairs for tractors, trucks, and trailers, including preventative, mechanical, and electrical work. Coach and mentor technicians and customer service representatives, monitor associate work levels, and manage facility maintenance to keep the environment clean and safe. Engage your team to maintain morale and exceed customer satisfaction expectations. This role includes Tuesday to Saturday shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with a salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 plus bonus.
Required Qualifications

- at least 3+ years in fleet vehicle maintenance experience overseeing technicians
