Job Summary
Service company trucks and forklifts at the Boise shop (Treasure Valley locations) and at other company locations; perform maintenance and repairs on equipment and vehicles, adhere to safety and DOT/OSHA standards, keep detailed records, manage inventory, communicate with operators and customers, and travel overnight to other locations as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of a one-year degree in heavy truck and/or equipment mechanics at the vocational level is preferred
- A minimum of two years of experience working in heavy truck and forklift mechanics in the field is preferred
- Must be able to obtain a commercial driver's license
- Must have a valid driver's license with a company-acceptable driving record
