Job Summary
Assure parts availability in a cost-effective manner by receiving, tagging, stocking, and dispensing inventory to mechanics per policy. Maintain fleet records on inventory levels, preventive maintenance schedules, and corrective maintenance performed on all units. Input daily fleet information into the computerized fleet management system and reconcile Dossier financial data to Lawson general ledger. Process transactions via ePro, prepare truck purchase orders for management approval, and review orders with accounting to ensure invoice accuracy. Analyze fleet operations reports to identify trends, correct data errors, and resolve discrepancies against critical objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of general office experience or equivalent training
- Related experience in a maintenance / trucking industry
