Job Summary
Perform general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds, and buildings. Maintain knowledge of tools and equipment while working independently to complete tasks. Requires one year of experience in a maintenance environment and valid Class 5 driver's license. Additional certifications include Fireman Boiler Operator, Refrigeration Engineer, Refrigeration Plant Operator, and Pool Operator where required. Work standard hours in a rotation of 14 shifts of 8 hours per 6 weeks, including days and weekends, at Maidstone Health Complex in Maidstone. Pay Band 11 offers a salary range of $22.600 to $24.210.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year experience in a maintenance environment (commercial or industrial)
- Fireman Boiler Operator certificate
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
- Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job
- Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required
- Pool Operator certificate, where required
- Basic - Computer skills
