Maintenance Services Supervisor

Conduct daily preventative maintenance checks, including utility meters, standpipes, fire panels, and extinguishers, while managing repair requisitions for plumbing, drywall, and general janitorial tasks. Supervise the maintenance team and outside contractors, audit completed work, and oversee inventory and supplies. Develop capital plans for aging systems, approve maintenance revenues and expenses, and ensure all staff adhere to safety protocols and company policies. Handle on-call emergency responses for facility, student, and guest crises. Manage recruitment, hiring, training, and scheduling of personnel.
