Job Summary
Maintenance Service Technician responsible for prepping vacant apartments, handling work orders with skill and urgency, completing general maintenance (light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, appliance repair), keeping grounds and common areas clean, supporting preventative maintenance and inspections, assisting with snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks, staying on-call for emergency maintenance needs, and working safely and professionally. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, proficiency in at least one major trade area; EPA certification preferred; valid driver27s license; ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors; flexible schedules including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
- Proficiency in at least one major trade area
- EPA certification preferred
- Valid driver27s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
