Job Summary
Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition and handle work orders with skill, urgency, and a smile. Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair while keeping grounds and common areas clean. Pitch in with snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks, staying alert and on-call for emergency needs. Work safely, efficiently, and with pride across flexible schedules including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
- Proficiency in at least one major trade area
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
- Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members
- Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts
Desired Qualifications
- EPA certification preferred
