Job Summary
Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition, handle work orders with skill and urgency, and perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair. Keep grounds and common areas clean, support preventative maintenance and inspections, and pitch in with snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks. Stay alert and on-call for emergency maintenance needs while working safely, efficiently, and with pride. This role requires a high school diploma, 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, EPA certification preferred, and availability for flexible schedules including weekends and on-call shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
- Proficiency in at least one major trade area
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
- Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members
- Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts
Desired Qualifications
