Job Summary
Maintenance Service Technician responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and upkeep of park facilities, attractions, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for guests and team members. Duties include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility-related issues; responding to service calls and work orders; repairing buildings, fixtures, gates, fencing, and other park assets; supporting attraction maintenance and operational readiness; maintaining records of inspections and repairs; ensuring tool and maintenance area safety; reporting/correcting hazards; supporting special events and facility improvement initiatives; following safety procedures; collaborating with other departments to support park operations and guest satisfaction. Requires ability to operate hand/power tools, diagnose issues, and work both independently and as part of a team in outdoor park conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance-related issues
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly and more with assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various indoor and outdoor environments for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for work order management and documentation
