Maintenance Service Technician -Monarch Mills Apartments

Conduct daily maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of buildings, fixtures, and equipment, including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and window repairs. Address urgent situations such as sewer backups or water flooding by performing cleanup and restoring affected areas. Document observed deficiencies, submit reports to the Community Manager, and maintain detailed logs of preventive maintenance, equipment inventory, and warranties. Collaborate with contractors for significant repairs and manage snow removal, applying ice melt to communal areas. Adhere to safety precautions outlined in Material Safety Data Sheets and deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
