Job Summary
Perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and machinery repairs and maintenance across apartment communities. Diagnose and fix issues with sinks, toilets, faucets, doors, drywall, lighting, wiring, chillers, pumps, and fans. Replace parts, install new fixtures, and complete general repairs as assigned. Maintain exceptional customer service while working weekends as needed. Requires 1-2 years of commercial or multi-unit residential property experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills in English. Valid driver's license and preferred certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements for this position
