Job Summary
Maintenance Service Technician responsible for preparing vacant apartments, handling work orders, and performing general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC support, appliance repair). Requires hands-on skills, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, drive/reliable transportation, and flexibility for weekends/on-call shifts. EPA certification preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required. Opportunities include preventative maintenance, inspections, snow removal, pool upkeep, and contributing to a supportive, active team focused on resident satisfaction. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
- Proficiency in at least one major trade area
- EPA certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
- Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members
- Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts
