Job Summary
Join Arlington Properties as a Maintenance Service Technician responsible for prepping apartments, handling work orders, performing general maintenance including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC support, and appliance repair. The role requires 1-5 years of maintenance experience, proficiency in a trade, and the ability to work flexible schedules including on-call shifts. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs. EPA certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
- Proficiency in at least one major trade area
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
- Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members
- Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts
