Review make-ready checklists to ensure apartment homes are ready for new residents, and partner with Property Managers to negotiate bids for repairs like fallen tree branches. Keep communities running 24/7 by serving on the after-hours emergency team, utilizing a company vehicle for seven days during the on-call rotation. Order and maintain inventory of supplies and parts in the maintenance shop while adhering to safety protocols. This flexible role includes weekend coverage and offers a development plan for skill growth within Indigo Living's community management culture.
