Job Summary
Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition and handle work orders with skill, urgency, and a smile. Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair while keeping grounds and common areas clean and inviting. Support preventative maintenance and inspections, pitch in with snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks, and stay alert for emergency maintenance needs. Work safely, efficiently, and with pride. Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
- Proficiency in at least one major trade area
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
- Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members
- Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts
Desired Qualifications
- EPA certification preferred
