Maintenance Service Assistant

Support the Environmental Services Director with general maintenance of common areas, resident apartments, grounds, equipment, and mechanical systems, while driving the community van. Conduct on-site visits at least every 45 days for individualized assessments and provide appropriate delegation of nursing tasks. Remain available on call as required per regulatory standards or ensure a qualified alternate delegating nurse is available. Personally connect with residents through direct conversation and communicate effectively with other team members to maximize each resident's quality of life.
