Job Summary
Schedule, monitor, and direct completion of preventative and predictive maintenance tasks per manufacturer recommendations. Maintain Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) inventory for spare parts and specialty tools, recommending PM frequency adjustments as needed. Assist the maintenance manager by scheduling and directing contractors and support workers for plant equipment upkeep. Create and update documentation including maintenance processes, work instructions, and training manuals. Requires 5+ years in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting with 3+ years in CMMS. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstrated understanding and application of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic devices
- 5+ years of demonstrated ability troubleshooting mechanical equipment
- 3+ years experience with CMMS
- Proficient computer skills
- Advanced problem solving skills
