Maintenance

Conduct on-site maintenance functions, make available apartments ready for move-in, and follow-up on service requests to assure customer satisfaction. Uphold safety procedures for company and community, including maintaining cleanliness and protection of work spaces. Assist supervisor in completing assigned tasks, report maintenance problems, and participate in the community's annual budget plan by controlling expenses. Maintain physical condition of the community and contribute to the ongoing maintenance and improvement plan. Requires HVAC and CPO certification, one year's experience in maintenance, and ability to work weekends, after hours, and holidays.
