Job Summary
Maintenance Sales Representative responsible for generating leads, driving new maintenance agreement sales, managing and supporting key accounts, and achieving at least $100,000 in new sales annually; develops long-term relationships with a portfolio of self-generated leads as well as assigned customers; negotiates and presents to current and prospective customers; collaborates with account managers to price, win, and manage large service projects; maintains records of leads and activities; travels up to 50% within the Atlanta metro area and conducts on-site visits, phone, and written communications to secure renewals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Previous commercial HVAC or industrial sales experience
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and participate in a drug-free workplace
- Current driver’s license
- Proficient with Windows-based software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., BuildOps) for all quotes and account management needs
