Maintenance

Respond to maintenance work orders from guests, employees, and supervisors while conducting daily inspections of the hotel to determine immediate needs. Maintain, repair, and overhaul equipment and property, including painting walls and fixtures, replacing light bulbs, and shampooing carpets. Walk the property interior and exterior every morning and evening to monitor conditions, maintaining parking lots, pools, and grounds according to established quality standards. Execute preventative maintenance per the scheduled log, handle local deliveries and pick-ups, and keep sidewalks clear of debris, snow, and ice. Adhere to key control policies, OSHA standards, and safety protocols while staying current on all equipment information. Perform special and ongoing projects as directed by management.
