Maintenance Repairer EY

Perform general repairs and maintenance services throughout the district and support facilities using hand tools, power tools, and vehicles as needed. Collaborate with other crafts for general renovations and work with construction materials to complete assigned duties. Maintain daily records of materials used, fill out work orders, and detect or report repair problems to the supervisor. Follow established policies and procedures for straightforward tasks with minimal independent judgment, receiving frequent ongoing supervision. Handle basic customer inquiries and forward difficult requests to the appropriate level.
