Job Summary
Maintenance Repair Technician II at IAH Airport responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on airport facility systems and controls. Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic work; document activities in the CMMS; execute reactive, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance including emergency response; interpret manuals and work orders; communicate critical updates to Site Manager; read blueprints/electrical schematics; partner with a diverse team and uphold safety standards. Ideal candidate has a strong background in mechanical/electrical systems, can work varying shifts, and is capable of obtaining airport security clearance. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- 3+ years’ experience in equipment and maintenance operations
- Ability to obtain airport security clearance
- Availability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs dictate
