Job Summary
Facilities Maintenance Technician I at Houston (IAH Airport) responsible for troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance on airport facility systems and controls; document maintenance activities in the CMMS; perform reactive, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; respond to maintenance requests; interpret manuals and work orders; communicate critical updates to Site Manager; ensure compliance with safety standards and collaborate within a diverse team.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- 1+ years’ experience in equipment and maintenance operations
- Ability to obtain airport security clearance
- Availability to work day or night shift including weekends and holidays
