Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Specialist

Manage the inventory and lifecycle of spare parts, equipment, and consumables for the Roofing business. Work closely with the production team and maintenance planner to monitor supplies, control storeroom inventory, and order parts as needed. Kit all preventive maintenance jobs to ensure proper parts are ready for technicians. Compile and record MRO parts data, assist in cycle counts, and resolve product count inaccuracies. Ensure all items are appropriately received and stored while adhering to safety procedures, environmental policies, and accurate inventory processes. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
