Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and repair on building and equipment, including painting, carpentry, concrete and masonry projects, and grounds keeping. Monitor renovations, remodeling, or replacement projects executed by contractors. Handle minor tasks such as door and hardware replacement, drywall patching, toilet and sink replacement, and light fixture changes. Requires one year of building renovation maintenance experience and a high school diploma. Full-time role with 100% travel to Central Michigan locations, offering flexible scheduling, paid vacation with rollover, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- One year experience in building renovation maintenance
- Demolition
- Minor Carpentry – door and hardware replacement, cabinet installation, ceiling tile, handrails, wall brackets, handicap grab bars, minor trim
- Drywall patch and repair
- Painting
- Minor plumbing – toilet and sink replacement
- Minor electrical – light fixture, switch and receptacle replacement
