Job Summary
Maintenance Renewal Representative drives ARR growth by managing the contract renewal cycle from prospecting to close for assigned accounts, leveraging CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and forecast, coordinating with Account Managers, delivering renewal quotes, and ensuring timely renewals while delivering value through cross-functional collaboration, data-driven insights, and AI-enabled sales tools. The role emphasizes customer engagement, retention, and renewal strategy across marketing, customer success, and technical support teams to exceed renewal quotas and contribute to overall revenue goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3 – 5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a subscription-based or SaaS environment
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Teams or Asana
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and AI-enabled sales tools for insights and decision-making
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
