Job Summary
Lead and mentor maintenance technicians in a 24/7, 7pm-7am plant environment at the Blue Anchor facility. Drive reliability improvements for mechanical and electrical equipment, implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, and develop maintenance programs. Directly oversee daily activities, coach teams, and apply root-cause analysis to solve problems while reducing cost and waste. Collaborate with skilled trades and plant leadership to enhance equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency through Lean manufacturing principles.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED and related work experience
