Job Summary
Lead maintenance and reliability operations to maximize equipment efficiency and minimize downtime. Use Limble CMMS to create comprehensive maintenance schedules and foster proactive problem-solving across departments. Collaborate with vendors and contractors, manage the maintenance budget, and promote a culture of continuous improvement, respect, and diversity. Drive operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment by overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring peak performance, and reducing downtime through data-driven decisions and effective leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mech./Electrical preferred) or extensive relevant experience
- Experience leading maintenance teams, preferably in the flexible converting industry
- Strong leadership qualities with empathy and focus on continuous improvement
- Technical expertise in mechanical/electrical systems and solution-oriented problem solving
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work with diverse teams
- Proficient in Limble CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle physical demands of a manufacturing environment, work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks
