Job Summary

Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and support preventive and predictive maintenance programs by collecting and tracking data. Review and update maintenance work instructions, equipment records, and CMMS data accuracy while analyzing downtime trends to spot improvement opportunities. Participate in equipment inspections, condition monitoring, and collaborative efforts with operations teams to enhance equipment performance and reliability. Assist with the MTBF rate improvement project. Full-time summer 2027 role starting May 17, 2027.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
  • Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of spring 2027 semester
  • Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferred majors: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Familiar with 2D and 3D Drawing - AutoCAD/Inventor or similar
  • Familiar with 5S / lean six sigma / lean manufacturing
