Maintenance & Reliability Engineer responsible for developing reliability programs to optimize asset performance, conduct asset assessments, implement preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment failures, apply mechanical integrity standards to improve plant reliability, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing environment
- 7+ years of experience in a reliability-focused role
- Strong technical skills in mechanical integrity, rotating equipment, and process safety management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
