Job Summary
Maintenance & Reliability Engineer responsible for contributing to asset maintenance and reliability programs within APM practices; develops and maintains technical standards, procedures, and best practices for APM alignment with industry regulations and organizational goals with minimum guidance; prepares technical documentation including design specifications, maintenance and reliability strategies, and performance reports; acts in a medior team role with resource allocation, mentorship, and participation in performance reviews; drives continuous improvement in APM practices through data analytics and emerging technologies; supports senior teams to enhance asset performance, reduce costs, and extend asset life; participates in technical assessments and audits to ensure compliance with APM standards; engages in cross-functional stakeholder engagement, training, and project reviews to ensure alignment with long-term asset management strategies; stays abreast of advancements in APM technologies and collaborates with IT and SMEs to deploy digital tools and platforms for asset performance.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering
- Working towards Professional Engineer (PE) certification or Chartered Engineer status
