Job Summary
The Maintenance Project Manager is responsible for directing, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities for automated equipment in a customer plant. Duties include planning and executing Preventive Maintenance, leading a skilled technician team in troubleshooting and repairs, managing costs, and ensuring safety. The role requires strong knowledge of PLCs and various diagnostic tools, effective leadership, and excellent customer service. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED, a minimum of a two-year technical degree, with preferred experience in team management and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications

- CPMM Certification
- Trade school apprenticeship
- Team Leadership and Management experience
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a Secret security clearance
