Job Summary
Oversee maintenance operations and coordinate a portfolio of landscape maintenance contracts across Spring-Fall and snow seasons. Responsible for managing budgets and profitability, scheduling crews and subcontractors, optimizing resource use, monitoring service quality, and ensuring client satisfaction. Lead training and development for staff, maintain safety standards, and foster strong client relationships while driving contract renewals and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years experience as a Project Manager, directing landscape or maintenance crews
- Strong knowledge of local plant materials, horticultural practices
- High school diploma required; college degree (Associate's, Bachelor's) preferred
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus
