Maintenance Project Manager

Job Summary
Maintenance Project Manager responsible for coordinating post-implementation IT maintenance and support activities. Manage Change Requests (CRs) from scope confirmation through planning and implementation. Track maintenance timelines and deliverables; maintain project and support documentation (CR plans, CI/Defect hotfixes, incident reports, status updates, meeting minutes). Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to facilitate issue resolution; organize weekly operational and monthly service review meetings. Monitor service performance, follow up on incidents, defects, and enhancement requests, and coordinate mitigation actions. Prepare service reports and provide regular updates on maintenance progress and key issues. Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Requires Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years in IT project coordination or related roles; proficient with PM tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello); strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of IT project coordination, service delivery, application maintenance, or customer service management experience
- Experience supporting application and projects beneficial
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Trello or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of SDLC and application support processes
