Job Summary
Review submittals and customer procured materials for adherence to plans and specifications, then perform quality inspections of self-perform and subcontractor work to ensure compliance. Coordinate craft workforce supervision, manage daily execution of maintenance and small capital operations, and support estimating teams with preliminary project reviews and bid evaluations. Lead action plans to sustain KPIs within targets while assisting superintendents with 3-week look-ahead schedules, job plans, and daily timesheets. Ensure timely procurement of construction materials, prepare customer documents, and perform safety observations to correct hazardous conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- Demonstrated collegiate-level computer skills
- Demonstrated collegiate-level mathematics skills
- Demonstrated collegiate-level communication skills
- Demonstrated collegiate-level technical writing skills
- Industrial Maintenance or Construction Experience
- Demonstrated capacity to identify opportunities for improvement
- Demonstrated capacity to drive the change needed to implement those improvements
- Four-year degree in a technical field of study
- Basic understanding of engineering or construction principle
