MAINTENANCE PROJECT COORDINATOR

Job Summary
Coordinate capital spares and administrative support for the maintenance department, working with planners and supervisors on spare acquisition, purchase orders, and MRO store organization. Manage capital spare tracking, facilitate CMMS document uploads, and assist in developing training content. Conduct SMAT audits, maintain tool distribution logs, and support storeroom duties including shipping, receiving, and hand tool distribution. Enter purchasing data and work orders into SAP while assisting the corporate CAPEX team on large projects. Work 40 hours per week in a non-climate-controlled plant environment with noise levels exceeding 80 dB, handling dust, fumes, and moving equipment.
Required Qualifications
- associate degree in a technical field
- combination of education and requisite maintenance experience
- working knowledge of machines
- working knowledge of their operation
- working knowledge of spare parts needs

- understanding of purchasing procedures
- understanding of MRO parts distribution

- knowledge of computerized maintenance systems
