Maintenance Project Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate small maintenance or engineering projects as assigned, including inspecting work areas for unsafe practices, equipment deficiencies, or improper construction methods. Monitor vendors and contractors for quality and efficiencies, facilitate material receipt and inventory, and communicate work activities with the Project Manager or Supervisor. Develop punch lists, manage work center time and permits, and assist with equipment startup, testing, and validation alongside vendors and contractors. Troubleshoot existing equipment, analyze functionality, and make recommendations for corrective action. Requires 2+ years of experience in API manufacturing, ability to lift 50 pounds, and knowledge of cGMP operations.

- Knowledge of cGMP analytical testing, equipment, and manufacturing operations

- Specifically with installation, startup, and maintenance of chemical manufacturing equipment
