Maintenance Program Manager

Job Summary

Oversee electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety operations across a dispersed regional portfolio, managing JLL supervisors, UAW skilled trades, and third-party vendors. Facilitate work order management, enforce safety training and hazard controls, and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and equipment uptime to ensure compliance with OSHA, HAZMAT, and ISO standards. Lead preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and project execution while maintaining spare parts inventories and documenting all repairs. Coordinate employee scheduling and coverage, ensuring 100% safety training compliance and zero recordable injuries. This role requires extensive contact with internal and external customers to drive operational excellence and reduce operating costs.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years industry experience in Facilities Management with a management/technical emphasis
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise proper judgment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building automation systems across a variety of building types
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
  • Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices
  • Time Keeping Management
  • Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Excel and the ability to analyze data
  • Strong organizational, management, and supervisory skills
  • Experience in matrix management organization
  • Demonstrated ability to develop successful relationships with and influence customers, both internal and external
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Manage JLL Supervisor who manage JLL UAW Skilled Trades Hiring Maintenance Team Members / Interviewing
  • Follow CBA to create a comprehensive and cohesive relationship with UAW Leadership
  • 3rd Party Vendor Management where applicable
  • Mechanical Systems HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilating, Air conditioning, and Refrigeration)
