Maintenance Procurement Specialist

Job Summary
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Maintenance warehouse, including procuring parts, verifying shipments, and issuing supplies to authorized associates. Coordinate with leadership and technicians to maintain appropriate inventory levels while managing vendor relationships, placing orders, and processing invoices. Supervise seasonal warehouse associates by providing direction, training, and scheduling to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Maintain accurate records for purchasing, receiving, and inventory reconciliation in applicable systems while ensuring all activities comply with park and corporate policies. Requires a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by park operations
Desired Qualifications
- additional education or training in purchasing, supply chain, inventory management, maintenance, or a related field
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, maintenance parts, or a related field
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with vendors, maintenance personnel, leadership, and other departments
- Comfortable using computers and business systems for purchasing, inventory management, recordkeeping, and communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and exercise sound judgment
