Job Summary
Operate high-pressure washer to clean large surfaces (buildings, parking lots, walkways) using a high-pressure system; ensure water supply is adequate and follow industry safety regulations; inspect surfaces after washing for cleanliness; clear the job site and store hoses/equipment properly; travel to different job sites as needed; requires HS diploma and 1+ year experience with high-pressure equipment; must be able to stand for long periods and lift at least 35 pounds; valid driver’s license; good communication and time-management skills; willing to drive between locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of industry experience with high-pressure equipment preferred
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Able to stand extended periods and lift at least 35 pounds
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers
- Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
