Job Summary
Conduct daily facility maintenance and cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, painting, and operating equipment like sweepers and snow blowers. Walk garages to identify and correct maintenance problems, replace bulbs, and apply oil absorbent to spills. Perform customer interface duties by assisting patrons, resolving complaints, and reporting safety hazards or policy violations to the Facility Manager. Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies, check ticket spitters and gates for proper operation, and submit repair requests. Keep a neat uniform and arrive on time for shifts that may include third shift or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education
- Valid state-issued driver's license, with a current address and acceptable driving record
- Availability to work 3rd shift and/or weekends
