Job Summary
Act as a point of contact for facility users to handle cleaning and maintenance needs during business hours. Dust and wipe desks, tables, and windowsills; empty trash and recycling bins; and clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors. Report maintenance issues such as leaks, broken fixtures, or safety hazards, and assist with light tasks like changing light bulbs. Support special cleaning or facility setup tasks as needed. English or Spanish bilingual skills are strongly preferred, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must be able to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 50 lbs regularly, including climbing ladders and operating boom lifts. Work may involve evening, weekend, or holiday shifts across office buildings, schools, medical facilities, or commercial spaces. Required Qualifications
- English/ Spanish bilingual
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of objects up to 50 lbs
- Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights as needed
- Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to operate a boom lift or other equipment for high-reach cleaning or maintenance
- Must be available for evening, weekend, or holiday shifts depending on location needs
