Maintenance Pool Tech I

Conduct daily service and chemical testing on pools and hot tubs, including opening facilities, checking chemicals, and filling or cleaning as needed. Inspect and repair residences, commercial spaces, and restaurants per work orders, performing repairs detailed on tickets while discussing plans with the supervisor for safe and efficient execution. Maintain tools in organized storage, control material inventory by restocking and placing items on reorder lists, and create records of time and materials used. Communicate effectively within the Engineering Department regarding progress and outstanding issues, ensuring a clean and safe work area. This full-time year-round position may require weekend schedules, inclement weather work, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
