Job Summary
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and valves, while identifying and troubleshooting issues across hot/cold water supply, sanitary drainage, and venting systems. Conduct regular inspections, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure all work adheres to tribal, state, and federal codes. Maintain accurate work logs, provide system condition reports, and coordinate projects with maintenance staff and external contractors. This full-time role at We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort requires a valid Arizona driver's license, one year of facilities plumbing experience, and the ability to work in confined spaces and varying environmental conditions. On-call rotation and weekend availability are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Cleared by the gaming center's insurance carrier to drive company vehicles
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in plumbing, particularly in a facilities maintenance environment
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be able to obtain/maintain a State/Tribal Gaming License
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and at various heights
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity
- Full-time position with the possibility of overtime, weekends, and on-call work as required
