Job Summary
Maintain the master schedule for corrective, preventive, predictive, shutdown, and project work orders while developing weekly and monthly maintenance schedules with supervisors and manufacturing. Manage CMMS functions including work order creation, planning, labor reporting, PM generation, and equipment records, ensuring schedule compliance and prioritizing the backlog. Coordinate with procurement to secure parts, kits, and contractor resources, and administer change controls, ECNs, deviations, and CAPAs to ensure timely closure. Develop PM job plans, bills of material, and spare parts lists, and participate in cross-functional planning meetings to optimize operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 1 plus years of experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above in applicable field
- 2 plus years of experience
