Job Summary
Develop prospective and current equipment repair schedules, monitor approved maintenance plan execution, and analyze causes of unplanned equipment stoppages to adjust repair timelines. Calculate labor estimates, material needs, and spare parts requirements while optimizing repair processes through comprehensive scheduled maintenance systems. Act as SAP MAXIMO administrator and key user to coordinate and control repair work across the maintenance service, production, and laboratory teams. Collaborate with production planning to align maintenance schedules with operational load.
Required Qualifications
- Высшее техническое образование
- Опыт работы с аналогичным функционалом не менее 1 года
- Навыки работы с большим объемом данных и документации
- Знание систем планово-предупредительных ремонтов и методов организации ремонтных работ
- Знание программ учета оборудования и ремонтов
- Знание английского языка
